I seriously think I’ve been tricked in Veganism. As I mentioned in the last post I picked up a book on nutrition…well let me rephrase that….I picked up what I thought was a book on male nutrition and bulking up…I was wrong.  I’m currently a little more than halfway through the book and so far it’s done nothing but talk about why I shouldn’t eat meat and animal by products.  The current chapter I’m reading is about how the USDA and the government is a bunch of liars who just want to get money out of us and don’t care about our health.
